Not a 'one size fits all' contract...........

We are all unique and therefore have different accommodation needs...... therefore in response, we have developed a flexible approach to student rental contracts

You choose your Contract length.......

For most of our houses you have three contract length choices:

 1) A 52 week contract commencing between July and September 

Some students want such a contract but most don't, so why pay for 52 weeks when in reality you may only need.......

2) An academic year contract commencing in September 

This option means that you don't pay for the summer months if you aren't living there, resulting in a saving of up to £900 per person. That's enough to  buy a big flat screen TV each!!

 

We can also customise a contract to meet you somewhere between these two options, for example....if some of your group want to move in over the summer and some don't... don't panic, we can come up with a solution...contact us to discuss further.

 

What's Included?

Our houses are offered for rent on a bills inclusive basis...

Our all inclusive bills package is exactly that, and includes:

  • Superfast Virgin broadband (now 350MB)

  • Gas -You are in control of your heating

  • Electricity

  • Water

​

 

The issues:​

  • Other landlord's 'bills inclusive' packages often aren't that 'all inclusive' at all in reality:

    • Poor quality internet provider

    • Minimal gas/electricity allowance with you left to pay for exceeding minimal parameters or be cold!

  • We are different!!​
